Mom wants to have a spontaneous yard sale tomorrow. 
She expects me to help with it.
I'm going to go insane.

My arms and shoulders are still sore from the yard sale yesterday.  Which, by the way, didn't do too great.  The Money Guy came and bought some nickel from Mom that was worth $30 (so he said), and that made up most of our profits, haha.

I bought a letter opener yesterday.  Someone better write me some letters.

I bought a typewriter yesterday.  It's a Smith-Corona Super-Sterling, but I can't seem to find the exact year.  Machines of Loving Grace says it's from 1966, so we'll go with that.  And, lucky you, I took a picture:

We had to take Wilbur to the vet this morning at like, 1AM.  He was being lethargic (more than usual) and he wouldn't stand.  When you made him stand, he'd be all wobbly.  He'd gotten sick three times earlier in the day and he wouldn't drink any water.

In other news...  Mom, Stephen, and I went to Wendy and Kelly's party yesterday. 
It was a fiesta, and everyone was getting drunk, so it was boring.  Not that fiestas are boring, but you know what I mean.

Chris called me at 12 or 2 or something, and he told me he was at this estate sale and they had all these 8-tracks and records.  So I got Mom up, and we went, and she told me he'd be waiting there because he found this USB record player for $30.  I still have to check the price, but it's in this box and it's never been opened, so it's a good deal ( Read more... )
